Why You Should Not Give Up On Your YouTube Channel

What’s interesting about YouTube is that every video is an asset that will continue to generate views, subscribers and revenue as long as it’s on the platform. Even though new and fresh videos tend to get more views, you still have videos with graphs like this one below.

It can start off looking like a total miss but once it has found its place within the algorithm it can take off like a rocket. Only took close to two years for this specific video to fire up the afterburners!

This happens more often than you might think. The key is to keep making videos. The more videos you have in your library, the higher the chance of it taking off. It can happen next week or five years from now.

This graph is a great symbol of what it’s like when you start building something new.

You work hard for years but nothing seems to happen until one day, all that compounded effort over time starts to move the needle just a little bit.

But that’s all you need to keep moving forward.

Would you be willing to work for two years consistently without seeing any results or reward?

If you are, you’re already ahead of the curve.
